For existing structures, ABB provides remedial exposed concrete assessment service such as surface condition studies, rebar embedment, chloride cell analysis and corrosion/carbonation assessment.

ABB also provides specialized remedial design and construction administration services for coating, corrosion, concrete carbonation, chloride damage and steel reinforcement repair and restoration projects.

Where structural augmentation is indicated, ABB also provides structural engineering remedial design services including embedded reinforcement augmentation, carbon fiber bonding and polymer concrete restorations.
