Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) performed an evaluation and testing of spalled concrete and exposed reinforced steel for the South Bayside Waste Management Authority Facility. The building is a 48,000 square foot recycling center, which was in need of roof repairs. ABB made repair recommendations and budget estimates as well as provided construction monitoring services for the installation of a new single ply roof membrane and assembly.
