Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) provided investigation, design, construction administration and construction monitoring services for six separate low-income, high, mid, and low-rise residential buildings. The project included roofing replacement, roofing repairs, exterior wall waterproofing, deck re-sloping/waterproofing, concrete restoration, basement waterproofing, below-grade waterproofing, plaza waterproofing, site drainage, mechanical room floor coating, vehicular traffic coating, storefront and window replacement, window re-glazing, skylight replacement, deteriorated structural wood framing and sheathing replacement, gypsum board replacement, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, painting, and sealants.

The initial phase of the project was the investigation and analysis of the building envelope to determine the extent of damage, deterioration, location, and extent of water intrusion. The second phase was the preparation of construction documents for the restoration of the deteriorated building envelope components. The final phase included bidding, construction observation, construction management, testing, and field support services.
