Allana Buick & Bers provided forensic evaluation of exterior siding, windows, roofing, and podium and balcony waterproofing for Ryland Mews, a 131-unit, three-story condominium complex built on top a podium. Project required extensive design of re-siding the entire complex, which also included complete window replacement, roof repairs, and balcony and podium waterproofing.
