Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) was retained to provide design and bid phase services for Pinnacle Crow Canyon, a 400 unit luxury apartment complex. Scope of services included water testing, destructive testing and remedial design for hardboard siding, window casements, private balconies, breezeways and shingle roofs. ABB also evaluated waterproofing issues at the balconies, breezeways, windows, siding and trim and provided recommendations for repair, along with remedial construction documents. ABB provided construction management, which included construction monitoring services.
