Allana Buick & Bers performed leak and structural evaluation of a below-grade parking structure and plaza for a mixed use property with condominiums above commercial spaces. ABB´s investigation included visual observation of leaks and limited water testing of the plaza, planters, expansion joints and utility boxes. ABB also recommended repair alternatives and a budget report.
