Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) was selected by Callison Architecture, Inc., of Seattle, Washington to provide waterproofing consulting services and construction details for Kapiolani Tower, a 23-story post-tension concrete luxury condominium project. It consists of approximately 189 residential units, specialty retail on the first level, a ground-level residential lobby, seventh level pool/recreation deck, five levels of above grade parking, and a rooftop plaza deck.
