Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) performed investigation and evaluation of moisture intrusion for the building envelope, roof and window systems of the Kapi´olani Medical Center. It consisted of six stories of cast-in-place concrete and precast concrete with an aluminum curtain wall window frame system. Provided a report outlining necessary repairs, design alternatives, construction plans, details and specifications.
