Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) was retained by the County of Solano to perform an investigative analysis of the 65,000 SF Fairfield Public Library standing seam and single-ply roof that had been leaking causing damage to the interior and building envelope brick fascia. This included water testing and report preparation.

Upon completion of the investigation, ABB developed the schematic design and performed construction administration including submittal and RFI reviews for the complete removal and reinstallation of the entire roof system including skylights. All roof repairs were completed to the roof systems and building envelope brick fascia.
