Allana Buick & Bers provided investigation, redesign and construction monitoring of structural slab waterproofing, membrane waterproofing, balcony waterproofing, courtyard drains and roofs for Downtown San Diego´s Domo Condominiums and Lofts. This is a multi-family housing development consisting of an eight story loft building with 66 units on the northern portion of the site and a four story townhouse building with 55 units on the southern portion.
