Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) was retained by The City of Livermore, California beginning in 2002, and continuing today, to complete an ongoing Infrastructure Report including a life cycle cost analysis of 40 City buildings including steel framed, concrete, wood and masonry buildings. The buildings included The City Hall, Fire Stations, Police Stations, Libraries, Maintenance Facilities and community recreational facilities.
ABB also prepared a review of the interior finishes, architectural finishes, site work, landscaping, roof, building envelope, utilities and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The study included a comprehensive listing of the City´s facilities and a life cycle cost analysis.
