Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) prepared construction details, plans and specifications for building envelope including below grade waterproofing, cement plaster (stucco) siding, wood and fiber board siding, stone veneer, window and door installation and flashings, miscellaneous flashings, sealants, sheet metal, roofing and other building envelope construction details for the Canyon Village Housing Project at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California.

The Poly Canyon Village project is a nine building, multi-story student housing complex with two parking structures. The property will accommodate 2,700 students. ABB prepared 175 construction details for inclusion in the Design Build Package designed by Niles Bolten, and constructed by Clark Construction. These services were performed with very little advance notice, over the end of year holiday under an extremely tight schedule due to the need to be opened in 2007.

Services included progress meetings, numerous corrections to meet construction and budget constraints. ABB participated in a significant number of telephone calls. At the request of Niles Bolten, ABB also provided construction administration follow up advice.
