Allana Buick & Bers (ABB)performed full-time and part-time roof monitoring, along with construction administration for multiple types of roof and flashing installations at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project included a 20-story hotel addition, a low-rise addition, and a mechanical services building at the existing Bellagio resort.

Roof types included built-up modified bitumen, tile roof, and metal roof. Also included were flashings and other sheet metal including termination bars, transitions to EIFS, and related details. Each component of the project involved unique timing issues, due to the need to open the building additions to Las Vegas tourists in a timely manner.
